I'm Reza.

I got my first computer at twelve and was hooked on what it could do as an extension of my own mind. By sixteen I had my first job: full-stack developer at a young startup, building travel and social-media platforms.

Somewhere in there I became curious about people: why we do what we do, and how the deterministic world of bits can sit so close to the unpredictable one of neurons. So, with my career already in hand, I went to study psychology, and spent the same years learning distributed systems by building private e-commerce platforms for the oil industry at the next startup. Two kinds of complexity, studied side by side.

In 2023 NN invited me to the Netherlands to work on payment gateways and core banking. Today I’m a site reliability engineer at Booking.com, helping my team manage planet-scale traffic so no traveller ever gets lost.

Now I’m merging my two worlds for one north star: bringing every therapist and counsellor state-of-the-art technology, so they can give each of their clients the care they deserve, with the least effort.
